Are used to loosen the defense up horizontally. If it doesn’t work in theory the motion and or dead play should setup a play call down the line or loosen the defense a bit up the middle.

I honestly can't remember the last time I heard an announcer call out a coach for personnel decisions. What a shitty play call.

game flow or player usage. When short ahnded at WR you could move SB out wide or to the slot and have Gallman- a good blocker back there (or Buck Allen who played ahead of Gallman).
