NFT: HBO's Watchmen - EP: 7 - **SPOILER DISCUSSION**

Jim in Forest Hills : 12/2/2019 8:24 am
So now the clouds part and we see the Kavalry's plan. A few questions/thoughts..

The elephant?
How will they kill and then change into Dr Manhattan?
No idea how Ozymandias ties in, will he come and assist?
Judd's wife and Stone's scene with the trapdoor was highly enjoyable
Vietnam scenes were heartbreaking, especially grandma's death
Where is mirror guy?

In any case, the game's afoot now, next episodes should have significant movement as tons of character development has occurred.

I did watch the preview for next week, but holding off discussing it since some stay away from previews.
forget about mirror guy

Where the fuck is Lubeman?

Can't introduce a crazy ass character like that, and leave us hanging.
such a great show

Cal being Dr M explains so much. It explains the odd conversation about there being no heaven to the kids and Angela just letting that be, and it explains why Laurie Blake is strangely attracted to him.
Great episode

I am not seeing the Ozymandias tie in at this point. Was that court trial just another one of the acts he puts together? Not sure because the game warden is not one of the clones.

What a great ending.
I love the show

And I have no idea what is going on
Lubeman
sin : 12/2/2019 9:46 am : link
is the skinny FBI agent. It's very obvious.

Such a great show.
I'm wondering if and when
cjac : 12/2/2019 9:50 am : link
we see Dan Dreiberg

and i'm starting to suspect that Veidt's message with the dead bodies, that all we saw was SAVE ME D

was a message to Dan and not Dr Manhattan
we also still dont know
cjac : 12/2/2019 10:27 am : link
what crashed on the farm
So another question I have
figgy2989 : 12/2/2019 10:33 am : link
is was Crawford's wife in on his murder? If so, what was her benefit in it? Was she banging Keene on the side?
I also like the show and have no idea WTF is going on!

I am like oghwga(sp). None of the OP's spoilers mean anything to me - LOL.
I do follow along though when the show is on. Meaning, the show sorta explains itself concerning previous episodes.

No she wasnt. it was Will Reeves who killed Crawford. She's on the other side of that fight

I get that, but it is like she didn't care that Laurie said she found the killer and the way she had Keene on speed dial was a bit suspicious.

Crawford was working with Keene, now that he's dead his wife is taking over or helping the 7K. She is obviously new at it because she had to call him and ask him what to do with Laurie Blake

Aaaah, that makes sense.

An elephant never forgets.
The elephant is significant in Vietnam.
There was a real Lady Trieu who rode into battle on an elephant.
Is Crawford really dead?

They list Don Johnson in the credits every week. Kind of odd for a character who gets killed off in ep. 1.

also how Angela was still alive after getting bashed in the head during the night of the cop killings.

If you remember Cal wakes her up and everything thing is fine. Assuming Dr M. smoked the 7th cals

He has been shown in Will's memories a few times.

First - count me in the I LOVE THIS SHOW - and have no idea what's happening - But with the elephant when she unhooks herself doesn't the alarm say SUSPECT has been disconnected?

Theory is they are downloading her memories into the elephant as a way of interrogation (but again, I don't know shit)
