It didn't keep rolling, Henrik nudged it in with his pads...downhill ever since. Rangers most of period 5 on 5 looked like they were on penalty kill

But overall the Rangers I feel are about 1 year ahead of schedule, of coarse adding Trouba and Panarin really helped, but adding two guys that fit well is not so easy, ask the Giants and Knicks about that. We must remain patient, and this years draft is a huge priority, the Rangers need to stay competitive, but be smart at the trade deadline and do everything they can to add another first round pick and if they can't then they must resist every temptation to trade away our first rounder, we must never go back into those stupid decisions that killed this organization and lead to this rebuild, the St. Louis trade was a horrible trade and Ranger fans will never admit it, but it was, if we won the cup then at least we had that and it would have lessened the stupidity of that deal, you can not give away first round picks like we did before. Here is a look at next years draft, it is a very good draft year and the top end is much better then last years.
