Crucial game for Chicago. Seahawks or 49ers have 1 of the 2 WC spots all but locked up. However the Bears still play Green Bay & Minnesota, so they’re still alive if they win tonight. Trubisky is rather clearly at this point not the answer and does not deserve to be signed long-term. In a draft with Mahomes and Watson, it’s a kick in the balls for the Bears who – amazingly given what a classic franchise they are – have basically never had a good quarterback (post Truman administration, anyway…)
Unsurprisingly, the race for the NFC East is between Dallas & Philadelphia, neither of whom has been particularly impressive.

Go Bears.
and you see The Eagles have the easier schedule BUT, the Redskins can still win the division (how bad is the East) if they win out and Dallas loses out (a possibility) and Philly loses to the Giants twice. Wow, what a shitty division.

Thought that too... can’t believe he walked off.
And if that's a Giant in coverage, they call PI on that play.

I know he just up that catch but he had great coverage on all three of those targets. Wish we had a LB like him.

💯. Or OPI if the Giants had the ball on offense.
Its a replay of last weeks Cowboys game so far
It's one thing to just suck in a normal season. It's another thing to see an entire division full of garbage and know that if this team could have gotten its head out of its ass at all then they'd still have a shot at the playoffs.
Wonder who Witten was screaming at.
No, it's not you. He sounded ridiculous when he tried to claim that it was not intentional grounding.
If you're referring to Buck and Aikman, what you're saying is not true. Aikman had lots to say about Nagy and the great job he's done this year, specifically as to how his coaching has impacted the play of Trubisky. Aikman also applauded the Bears' ability to field a highly competitive team despite the number of starters on the sidelines.

Some of Trubisky’s completions were absolute gifts. He’s not getting away with that all the time.
It's obvious that this Cowboy 'attitude' never left in their down years and when other coaches not as brash as Jimmy have been in Dallas, and that includes the Tuna. Jerrah wanted to be 'the man', and he and his 'attitude' has permeated this bunch like a weak but omnipresent, annoying stench ever since Jimmy left.
Players go to the Cowboys as if their going to a country club or the red carpet, to be celebrated. They assume they're winners without putting in the effort. We've seen this time and time again. While talented for years, they have always lacked mental toughness. While capable, they've always assumed more than they've earned.
This team is a not, in essence, a 'team'. It hasn't been since Jimmy left. Jimmy is the last real coach to hold them accountable. That's Jerry's fault. Even the Tuna knew he wasn't the man, but who could fault him for taking the money?
Arrogance humbled. Again, and again, and again.
What a waste of talent because of misplaced hubris.
Usually Aikman is pretty fair when he does Cowboy games and pans the Cowboys when called for. Last night however, I did notice that he did seem overly concerned with the Cowboys play, perhaps a sign of exasperation with his team.

What a great post that absolutely nails it!
He showed a lot of promise those early moments in his his rookie year only go get hurt soon after and fall apart here.
