Good points on changing coaches too much, but when a good one becomes available, get him. I felt the same way when Andy Reid became available. I would double down on the Rivera, Turner, Wilks, McGaughey team by adding Bill Callahan as assistant head coach/GM for Offensive Line.

I think with the advancement of the college game there is a lot of really bright minds at the assistant level. Philly hired the OL coach from Alabama and he has been really good. Hope they explore it instead of just looking at NFL guys.
He may be in shock now but He will take his time preparing for interviews and win a good job. The only thing the Giants have to offer is a near guarantee that he won’t be the third HC fired by the Giants in 4 years.
Unless DG is replaced at the end of 2020.
Sub out Wilks for Marinelli or someone like that.
Other guys would be real good. Gruden or Kubiak at OC would likely be really strong too.
