CBS Sports 7 Round Mock

Giants taking another CB with their second pick with Tyler Biadasz sitting there still on the board? Now that's some funny stuff. Who the hell is making these choices for CBS?

if the Giants passed on OT Wanogho and both C's Biadasz and Humphrey in round 2. I love the Becton pick in round 4 but I doubt he falls that far.

The Giants aren't going to panic at CB where we have accumulated a lot of young assets.

An aside I think Gross Matos is going to go much sooner than many of the early projections I've seen.

is a beast who would (and still might) be a 1st rounder if not for an injury ending his season early. Tyler "Badass" would be a good pick too but they take Michigan's OC Ruiz later in the mock. OT Mechi Becton is also a good pick in the 4th.

Young and Hall in the 1st and 2nd wouldn't be bad at all.

if we pass on biadasz for a corner....ill go NUTS.

i know our secondary has struggled, but they are YOUNG. we have to give baker and beal more time to see if they can be anything. i would never invest in a corner in the second.

but he has brought up a good point. Finding FA OL is tough. I think the Giants have to go Defense in FA and find OL in the Draft possibly at the expense of Young. Clowney, Chris Jones(KC), Ngakoue(JAX), Dupree (Pit), Shaq Barrett, Armstead(SF), Judon(BAL), Fowler Jr(Rams), Harris (DEN) are all 27 or younger, play LB or DE, would be decent additions and have experience in the league. Not saying don't take Chase if he is there but maybe trading down and grabbing a couple of young OL might be an option

SERIOUSLY??? First off....ALL mock drafts are ridiculous, and the fact that anyone gets upset at all over what some sportswriter thinks about who might get picked by what team just never ceases to amaze me. I said this last year and ill say it again: you see a mock draft conducted by the league GM's, then maybe pay some attention; otherwise...
this is like getting upset about where a writer has a team ranked in some stupid power ranking. Its ONE persons opinion!!!:).

Instead, use this as more of a guide to see where some guys might be projected to go, what round, etc......but even that is gonna change 20 times between now, post bowl games, post combine, etc.....

CB probably comes in FA along with a guy like Costanzo.

That’s the way to go. Finish the defensive front and complete the interior OL.

Against Ohio State earlier this year. Needs some major redemption tonight.

But if the giants don’t go hog wild this coming offseason I’m gonna lose my fucking mind.
