I recall the old "Fire Shurmur" article that was posted here a while back from some Cleveland source and something it said about Pat. Some of these guys are better at interviewing for jobs than they are at actually doing the job.

Nagy sucks imo. He drives me nuts every time I watch the Bears. Trubisky running around and picking up firsts doesn't make him a better coach after last night.

I tend to look at it this way - Nagy, somehow, is 19-10 with Mitch Trubisky as his QB.
And he didn't draft Trubisky, he inherited him.

We've interviewed for HC twice already! He's DC in a much better situation right now (KC). I would be more surprised if we don't interview him.

This is by far the biggest indictment of the organization over the past 4 years post-Coughlin and the very thing Tisch needs to be "very honest about" with Mara. Pretty damning to see who they spoke to and who they didn't.
.... and Spags is not a good head coach. So, that says a lot about the list

Frank Reich only got hired in Indy because McDaniels spurned them. Did not hear his name tied to any other jobs. That being said, a lot of credit belongs to Matt Eberflus, their DC, who also developed a number of LB with Dallas.
Yup. Mara reign has to end. They need a real football operation. They’re in the NFL not running a deli. Can’t just hire family to make decisions.
