I am still so upset about losing to them. I don’t care what our record is, I hate that team and we had the chance to really be the ones to ruin their season. Do we? No! We reinvigorate it while there best players they had left were being carted off.
1. PS can never walk on our sidelines again, he must be fired today. He is a disgrace and a loser and he can’t ever coach for us again. Three weeks is too long to wait.
2. I have defended Gettleman for two years. No more. Solder a disaster and that was his solution to fixing the one thing he was tasked with immediately doing. Two years later we have a guy that is basically as bad as Erik Flowers. Halapio sucks. Hernández is regressing. At Tackle we are basically back to zero. Unreal after two years. But we have Saquon. Great.
This is a disaster that needs to end now and they need to get a modern era football operations going here
I feel like that person in an abusive relationship that keeps going back.
And the fact that this game was as good as won if we could just gain, I don't know, maybe five first downs in the second half.
If Mara doesn't blow it up after this mess, we're screwed.

+1 .... but posting this site is therapeutic ...the sun is shining, the temp is in the 60s, at least here in NC. Life goes on. Cheers.
This team sucks. Ownership sucks. The GM sucks. The coach is a F'ing joke. The roster blows.
I am a sucker that is for sure. How bad is this HC? It's unreal.
i was excited and yelling during the game, wanted them to win, but as soon as the Eagles had the ball in Giants territory down only 1 score it was over. and it was "eh, so what".
i can see a better team just over the horizon. i feel like it's coming and it won't be long at all. we have some young talent, we have some major weaknesses to correct and i think it will get done.
Eli played a strong first half. Exactly what we hoped for. Who cares if the Eagles are depleted, that was fun to watch.
To then see the Giants go lifeless and essentially watch the Eagles finish their inevitable comeback was agony. In slow motion. The inevitability of it was the worst part.
"In the most pragmatic sense, Monday’s result was ideal for the Giants. Fans got treated to one more Manning start, the Giants played hard and, most importantly, they lost. A win would do nothing beyond lifting spirits for a few days. But a loss kept the Giants in sole possession of the No. 2 pick in the draft.
The Giants are one game behind (ahead?) of the Bengals in the race for the top pick. If the teams tie, the Giants should get the No. 1 pick due to the strength of schedule tiebreaker. As painful as these losses are in the short-term, it’s better for the long-term to get the highest possible pick to bolster the rebuilding effort."
This should hammer the point home to ownership that NOTHING will change if they don't cut ties with their past and this sentimental keep-it-in-the-family bullshit and completely clean house.
I totally bought in to wanting that win. And wanting it bad. And then Shurmur and Co pulled the rug out one more time. 5-19 against the Eagles since 2008. Makes me want to scream.
But I basically stop watching after the half.....these games feel so much better.
My memory if of a dominate defense and Eli of old.
I knew after the half time adjustments....we would suck.
I will not see another 2nd half until Shumur is gone
and we lost, in the way we do, to a division rival on National TV. Hopefully furthers the goal that our ownership will be shocked into major changes that go beyond just the HC.
Nothing good would have come from winning last night.

Exactly what I just wrote. I'm OK with how last night played out.
Let's just hope that something positive comes out of this mess and we get a real housecleaning throughout the entire organization: front office, coaching staff, scouting department, roster, the whole nine.
It never made sense to draft a running back at #2. This isn’t an I told you so. I felt that way when the selection was made, I felt that way after his great rookie season, and I feel that way now.
But it doesn’t matter anymore where he was drafted. He s obviously a talented player and could should be an important cog in the team s success going forward.
What s important now is the coming off season. Get the coaching staff fixed get the Online fixed get an edge rusher
There are players on this team that when surround by other better players / leaders can be winning players.
Barkley is a Giant, doesn’t matter where he was drafted. I believe they have their quarterback, it. Luke turn around sooner than many here believe with the right moves.
