He used to be the guy that would bring us back during 4th quarter deficits, he used exude a confidence that his players would pick up on, he was a winner.
4-11 for 24 yards in the second half?
I give no props to the defensive which gave up 3 consecutive game winning scores to a team that had a foot and a half in the grave, but all we needed were some first downs in the second half, he was not under tremendous pressure, there were not ugly drops.
The bar has been set very low for Manning in recent years, it's the O Lines fault, horrible play calling, bad drops.
He made 2 great throws to Slayton last night, you get paid in this league to win, sometimes against all odds, we know the excuses, but I for one would be shocked if some team offers him a starting job next year.
Thanks Eli, can't wait to show up when the give you a night at MetLife but Mara's loyalty set us back many years
Not even sure what you are trying to say? Did you Watch the OL last night? Did you watch Solder tripping over the TE that was there to help him block the DE that end up sacking the QB?
We have not had a good coach since Coughlin. We fire a crappy coach in McAdoo and somehow, someway... we hire an even WORSE HC.
This team has been a dumpster fire since 2012 and it doesn't have everything to do with Eli.
Curry barely touched him, and the OL pass protection was quite good last night, Manning missed some throws that would have kept some second quarter drives going
They will acknowledge this, and still wonder why the QB cant produce... all that is just excuses, a good QB would tell the playcaller to get fucked "I'm the coach now". And when 2 free rushers get through the line he would hee-man flex and send them flying. Than he would run 50 yards down the field, breaking 7 tackles on his way, and gently hand the ball to his WR for a touchdown. I think that's the minimum expectation for a good QB.
IQ: single digits
Your right to free speech should be revoked by the supreme court.
Eli is the only one who took the field last night, if you think PRIME Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, or anybody else wouldve made any difference I feel bad for you.
Basic stats like comp% is a culmination of the offense as a whole including the playcalling. 90% of those passes were accurately executed and delivered, nobody caught it. Clearly the QBs fault, he couldve um... well you can take it from here. Exactly what could have he done differently?
You think we are the only team with a suck-ass OL?
My sense was we did not even need points in the second half just more first downs.
Look, I will always hold Manning in the highest regard he represented the Giants with class, but through so many different OL's, WR's...RB's. coaches and coordinators one thing was a constant for the last 7 years
I've seen Brady do it prematurely, because the place such a high emphasis on ball security.
Because smart footbal > hero ball that the 13 year old fans clamor for

Clearly thankyoueli is a coward to face us with his real name so don’t even waste your time trying to convince him his time has passed. He obviously wants to live in the past, not the present or future. Let him ........

The OL protection was quite good last night... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Yeah it's been fantastic every week for Daniel Jones too.
I hear that. I similarly won't miss the lack of criticism by some of Eli for things he is eminently responsible for. (Not really sure what having worn pads has to do with it, but carry on).

Amen.
17-3 lead at halftime, with halfway decent coaching and defense should be enough.
But no... Eli was required to do it all on his own and he couldn't.
That's the story on Eli the past couple of years. No run game, no defense, and shit coaching. But yeah, it's all his fault.
17 points is not enough to win in the NFL and hasn't been for quite some time. The Giants had five possessions with the lead in the 2nd half and gained a total of 12 yards.
