Everyones in a hurry to fire Gettleman but nobody seems to know who they want in his place. It can always get worse.
And please spare me the Louis Riddick talk. He's awful and you'd be stuck with Dwayne Haskins.
Nick Caserio is no different than anyone else on that Patriots staff. Belichick is the one with final authority there. Remember when Scott Pioli was such a hot GM candidate? He went to Kansas City and did virtually nothing, just like virtually every other coach or front office staffer from the Patriots.
Good GM's are not easy to find. Its highly likely that as much as people want Gettleman gone, he'll be retained simply because there's no one better out there to replace him. I know a lot of fans cant see past thier nose but you don't fire a guy just to fire him.
