Navy finds itself in an unfamiliar territory this year with having lost three in a row to Army after winning 14 straight (longest streak in the history of the rivalry) from 2002 to 2015. With a bounce back season for Navy (currently ranked #23 with a 9-2 record) and a chance to win the Commander-in-Chief Trophy, it's poised to break the losing streak, especially since Army hasn't been as strong this season (5-7 record) having gone through several QBs through the season.
It's considered one of the greatest sports and institutional rivalry, and in recent years, the play of the teams have gotten better despite them running the antiquated Triple Option offense (which I actually love watching). Also, the annual tradition of unveiling the game uniform by both teams didn't disappoint. Both teams did a masterful job on their unique take on what they want to represent:
I will be sitting at home recovering from a little procedure this year, but it should be an awesome game.
Go Navy! Beat Army!

This game should be pretty one sided, but we know that the records go out the window when these two teams are on the field together.
Nizaire Cromartie, a senior captain and linebacker, will be wearing a NASC Pensacola Memorial Patch in honor of Joshua Kaleb Watson, one of the three victims at last week's naval base shooting in Pensacola, Florida. Watson graduated from the Naval Academy in 2019.

Usually. But once every few years they will switch it up. We went once when it was at Ravens Stadium. Next year they will play at Met Life.
You damn traitor. You should be thinking about all of the Naval Academy grad Marines you hated over the years and cheer for the institution that fucked them over for four years!
Malcom Perry, the star Navy QB, will become a Marine officer along with 12 of his senior classmates. Hoorah!

Go America!
Got it done.
My kid sat five seats away from the President for a good part of the 3rd quarter which will be memorable.
Bittersweet. Four years flies the F by.
