Evan Engram - 3rd round. Not worthy of a second contract. If no takers, then let the 5th year option deadline pass in May. Ride him out and hopefully pump up his value for FA so a 3rd round comp pick is possible the following year
Janoris Jenkins - 3rd/4th round. His "mentorship" hasn't really paid off with the youth. He is just stealing reps at this point. We are capable of losing with/without him.
Will Hernandez - No Trade. Get a competent OL coach.
BJ Hill - No Trade. I think Tomlinson will play his final year and then walk. If we can get a late 3rd for him, all the better.
Lorenzo Carter - JAG. He's fine as a 3rd rounder. I don't think there is any trade value to him.
Hernandez is the only 1 I wouldn't trade bc we need more OL not less
is the only player on that list I would trade, and I do not think you get much of anything for him, especially with his 2020 contact. Who is going to assume that salary? Nobody!
Hernandez is a good player who has regressed this season, and, as mentioned above, a better OL coach would do wonders. He is not going anywhere.
Engram? While his injuries are frustrating, its only because he has a lot of talent. His 5th year option is a manageable $6 Million. Worth keeping IMO.
Why would we trade Hill. We have nice depth on the DL, he is relatively inexpensive and he is a good player....good, not great.
Carter was expected to take the next step this year, but for a variety of reasons he did not. I think he is worth keeping. If the Giants add a dominant edge rusher, say Chase Young, Carter can benefit. And hoping a change in DC helps Carter realize his potential.
We have to stick with the youth- Hill, Carter, Hernandez and the CBs and Safeties.
Evan Engram - 2nd
Janoris Jenkins - 3rd or high 4th
Will Hernandez - no trade
BJ Hill - 3rd or high 4th
Lorenzo Carter - 3rd or high 4th
I don't see anyone being all that interested at the bottom 3 for a fair price and they are cheap so there's no reason to move on.
I could see 1 of the top 2 getting traded but tend to doubt it happens.
I'll play:
Engram - 3rd
Jenkins - 2nd or high 3rd
Hernandez - 1st Rounder or GTFO
Hill - 3rd but it really wouldn't make sense to trade him.
Carter - 4th or even a 5th.
is trading for a player from a 2-11 program, regardless of the player, you can argue our most valuable asset is #26, and you certainly are not getting a return in value any where near the 2nd player taken in a draft class ...
Carter is tall and fast. He ways over 250. He does not seem to have great pass rush skills on the outside. I do not see why this guy could not be tried inside. His height makes it hard to throw over him. He has the speed and size to stay with tight ends and cover crossing routes. I also think with his straight line speed he would be more effective blitzing from the inside through holes in the line.
Trade Engram for a 3rd or better. I would look for blocking TEs in the late rounds of the draft.
I would not trade Jenkins for anything less than a 2nd.

I agree with Zo Carter moving inside with Connelly. Spend on an Edge guy and draft Young. Ximines is showing the ability to get to the QB but needs to work a little more on the run game.

Shula could stay at front office or quality control or assistant hc depending who the OC is.
No more wco

The rest you probably get an open bag of skittles in return.

Of course they tried to turn him into a 4/3 de sort of.
