Who is the source? Who would know this? This isn't the sort of thing that gets distributed to the staff. It would be considered highly confidential. The people in the loop would be DG and the owners, and maybe the owners' executive assistants. Can't imagine it being much wider than this. The owners might share the info, but they're both too smart to get chatty about this kind of thing.
So unless IncarceratedBob has a directly line to the owners or their inner circle, or to DG, I can't imagine how he'd know this.
