I live in Baltimore and most fans here are saying, don't mess up team chemistry.
Granted I haven't watched too much Cardinals football this year but 37 tackles, 5.5 sacks and 4 forced fumbles doesn't exactly scream "done". He would be 2nd on the Giants in sacks...

I can see that. Let that Superbowl team go out as greats and look forward to the future. But how will that future look if Patriots or KC gets him? He still rates a double team, and his knowledge may spark a defense in the right direction. ImJustSaying: Peters did it for the Ravens Secondary right?

Ummm...Cards are trash and I don't see a lifeline! So I don't think we should get Suggs ... Unless GIANTS can get Petersen in that deal too. I would give a 4th, 4th 2021,and 6th. Then YESsssss, we will take him...other than that....New blood on the line with them DT'$ ... Young and can bond together. All trying to get their name out their!! No disrespect to Suggs and Peterson... Loved watching them ball out over the years!!

Not sure what you’re getting at. Suggs is vested veteran. The waiver queue doesn’t apply to him. He can sign anywhere.
What they are getting at that all players regardless of vested veteran status or not when waived after the trade deadline must pass through waivers. After 4PM on Monday, if he goes unclaimed, then he can sign anywhere.
Ravens fans would love that.
