Doesn't seem like a huge loss but you wonder if Judge lost him to the Falcons or if we weren't interested. I think we need to get coordinators or at least schemes in place soon because if we don't it's going to be harder to get position coaches, especially on defense. A 4-3 linebackers coach is a very different job from a 3-4 linebackers coach. I know Judge was all about multiple schemes which sounds great in a press conference but is also super vague if your an assistant coach evaluating jobs.
