The problem with this philosophy is that the defense has to play out of it's mind, and if there are any mistakes, or you lose a key player on defense, you're screwed.

Some will argue that holding the pats to 13 points is worth LESS than Derrick Henry running for 180 yards
Some people will argue that the 49ers having a complete defense, being able to rush the passer and cover the pass, is worth less than having a 100 yard rusher

TN offensive line was key to this win.
Controlling the LOS, on both sides, is the key to competing.
TN made a two key stops on 4th and 1's that had a great impact on this game from a defensive perspective.
