Honestly I would be happy to have him as OC or QB coach. I know many don’t like him but I think he’s a promising assistant. He did a great job with Minshew this season.
I broke down DeFillipo a few years ago on here and he subsequently has been hired by the Vikings as OC over Stefaniski and fired in 1 season with the performance of the vIkings 2 seasons sandwiched around his not speaking well of him and now he went to Jacksonville and fired in 1 season.
I haven't seen anything about Mike Groh (OC) or Press Taylor (QBs) moving on, and they both seem to be doing a pretty good job. I guess it's always possible to create a position for a coach Pederson likes, but at some point there get to be too many cooks in the kitchen with your young Franchise QB.
I wouldn't mind, don't want him as OC.
Now that they have hired a younger DC, would like to see
a veteran OC as their next move. You can fill in the position coaches, later in the process.
