What's interesting is their TE program has run circles around ours for at least as long as Witten has been there.
Haven't they drafted a large number of young TEs and not many of them have panned out.... Quick, name a quality TE on Dallas, other than Witten? I bet you can't name more than one....

That other guy, Witten's scrub backup the last two years, has six careeer TDs, 5 against the Giants iirc.

coaches from the last 4 years. Some of the worst offenses I've ever lived through. And I lived through the 90s.
Four consecutive first round picks were
Derrick Brown
Dave Brown
Thomas Lewis
Tyrone Wheatley.
Compare that to the first round picks
OBJ
Evan Engram
Barkley
Daniel Jones
... with similar results. The latter half just had giant-brained offensive geniuses calling the plays.
Lol I think he finally retired recently.
How does this work?
How does this work?
I think the Giants had given permission for all of the staff to look elsewhere

I believe it is SOP for all the assistants on a team with a fired HC be allowed to interview elsewhere. Common courtesy in the NFL.

Blake Jarwin. He roasted the hell outta us

Good for him. Don't know if Wells had anything to do with that. None of the others he coached did nothing special (especially in run-blocking).
Engram really stunk, but in Wells' defense Evan is a misplaced WR.
I think the Cowpukes made a mistake. Their TEs have been outstanding; Wells is nothing special.
Only? You have not been paying attention! Thomas McGaughey and Tyke Tolbert were retained from last year's staff.
I think he should go back to school and use the off season to get stronger/faster. He came on late in the year but had a pretty pedestrian season.
On that long TD he had against Oklahoma, he didn't look all that fast.
