Bantering with an Eagles fan yesterday. Now I hate Philly and their fans, but he's actually a nice kid and has a decent football IQ. He's not one of those clueless mouth breathers. We discuss football often, and I generally agree with him. Obviously he views things through his green colored glasses, (he predicted Carson Wentz would win MVP this year), but he owns it when he's wrong about his team.
He emphatically stated that he would take Dak Prescott (even at this point in time)over Daniel Jones and said he doesn't even have to think about it. Of course, I told him he's crazy and "no way"
Afterwards, I had to think about this one. Remove your bias for a second and be completely neutral....does he have a point?
I'd take Dak at this point
I'd take Dak at this point
so non-Ravens fans looked at Jackson as a habitual fumbler too??

How many fumbles did Jackson have?
I see Jones had 18 and Jackson 9.

I was looking at 2019 for both. Anyway 12 does not equal 18

I was wrong. I was referencing an article that talked about them having the same number of fumbles while as a passer. That's misleading. Looking further, they also tallied the total number of fumbles as 15 for Jackson and 18 for Jones, but they counted the playoff game
You were right. I should have just made up something like Jones was better in every meaningful category...
Jones has a big incomplete hanging on him right now. At the end of this year you'll have a much better picture of what Jones is and isn't. He has a lot of potential, but he has to cut down on the turnovers if he's going to move forward as a viable long term quarterback.
huh?
