He's been a great coach. Would be huge for Saquon.

Callahan is not some young up and coming coach. He isn't getting another HC or even OC job. If Judge is the right man for the job Bill Callahan would be here for years which would be great for the offensive linemen.

everybody wants to jump at the flashy Brady type OC's but give me these two to build the fundementals of good line play, a star RB driven offense that puts a young QB in position to shine and we can develop sustained success.

I was okeith Garret as HC because of the way he can build an offensive system starting with an oline. add Callahan and its very exciting

but bringing Callahan along would be a home run! He alone would bring significant improvement to our OL.

Would be happy with Stump Mitchell who was RB Coach in Cleveland last year and their RB's did well. He also did well in Arizona and with the Jets where his best RB was Bilal Powell.

Assistant coaches. Caldwell apparently wants a HC job, won’t take OC. Not much new there but mentions that Guglielmo is gone because they couldn’t agree on a new contract. General consensus is that he did a good job as “one of the top coaches” in the league.

It sounds like either Dave G signed on as a consultant and didn't renegotiate when he took over the line, or the Dolphins felt like they were overpaying because he was an emergency hire.

I thought he had bounced around too much but maybe he is better than I thought.
