The incident is all over social media and can have people thinking its OK to smack a cop on the ass. Unfortunately, its an offense to strike an officer and therefore, they are going to make it a point that it is a crime.

Last I knew, you could be charged with a crime for putting your hands on/assaulting a police officer? If this is let go, where is the line drawn? Where is the distinction made? As others have said, this clown has millions of followers and kids worshiping him and his every move, you really want millions of kids growing up thinking it's OK to put their hands on a cop and not thinking there will be any repercussions?
