Eminem is an all-timer but the more you hear his choices for beats... you realize without Dre, Eminem likely never becomes the worldwide superstar/icon that he is. Unbelievably bad at picking beats... why not link up with some of the top producers?

Agree, but his lyrics make up for it. His beats are actually better on this album than the last couple.
I think there actually are some beats done by Dre on this album Â
it's like he's in the Rocky III stage of his career, he got civilized.
need to have Micky die and Apollo smack some sense into him to bring him back to his roots, or the end could be more of this while his career death spirals.

Not Good. Not actually surprising though. You can't just take that much time off your craft at the heights he was and come back and kill it. Even someone like Chappelle while still funny lost some of his fastball which was 105.

That how was comedic rap. His serious stuff can be good too, but all you get now is his serious rap.
A mix between some rap that rags on today’s pop culture like he did in the old days and some of his serious songs would be refreshing.
