Romo talking about the game plan and all the great plays. Looks to me like the game plan is to let the best player in the NFL make some spectacular plays.
Titans panic just a little and get away from Henry and this is what happens. That play by Mahomes at the end of the 2nd half is really when you saw the Titans style of play change. Mahomes clearly scared the shit out of them. It's what the Chiefs do I suppose.
Colts beat them (don't know how but they did it)
Houston beat them in the regular season
Titans beat them in Tennessee
Packers beat them without Mahomes
Tannehill couldnt hide anymore and it showed. Bring on the Packers, hopefully. Want to see 2 top QBs go at it.
Rodgers isn’t a top QB.
yea umm ok.. he's only the most gifted player at the position from his elevation to starter until Mahomes entered the league. If you don't know that, you don't know football.
Winning in the NFL is not about running the ball and stopping the run. Once you've controlled for injuries, it's about:
1. Making chunk plays on offense (for most teams this is throwing the ball; for Baltimore it's also running the ball with the quarterback)
2. Limiting chunk plays on defense (Belichick has understood this for years, focusing on limiting big plays and using red zone defense to turn TDs into FGs)
3. Turnovers
If I had to set a goal for the Giants in 2020 it's to get Jones's YPA up above 7.5. Along with turnovers that well correlate most to wins, IMO.
i mean they know the game is over if they don't fake it
Like Romo said... even if you play for a fake punt, i.e. drop guys back instead of rush the punter, there are still holes there you can exploit, just like any defense, you just have to find them. Simply "playing for a fake punt" does not automatically mean you're going to stop a fake punt. Just like "playing for a pass" on 3rd down doesn't mean you're necessarily getting off the field.
didnt play the ball? He actually made contact with the under thrown ball
defender has right to ball too and has position on underthrown ball and was in trail position of WR, he did turn back too and made contact with the ball

Haha, I said the same thing to my buddy. How about earlier when he asked Steratore if the Defensive hold would mean a 1st for Tenn?
The guy can diagnose a play just looking at the formation but doesn't know an obvious penalty enforcement?
The "just keep giving him the ball" thing doesn't work, even when you have a good RB and good OL.
I'm thinking it's just due to injuries.

State Farm agrees with you.

Andy Reid is an amazing coach. Lets see if he finally gets a ring out of it.
Good luck. Finding several quality receivers plus a strong armed, accurate QB, sounds cupcake.

Okay, I'm going to bite. You've got to explain this one.
Based on one season?
I’m half in the bag and I knew it was coming.

Its fine if you want to hate the guy; plenty do. Im not a huge fan of the guy myself off the field. However, to say that he is not a top QB?
Seriously???

He’s just not. He might’ve been 4-5 years ago but he’s not now. You’ll see in a few hours.

his hand even hit the ball
Only 1 timeout left and the league has yet to overturn one PI call, doubt they were going to now

Sorely missed
Based on one season?
The Giants have had a top 5 defense 4 times in the last 20 seasons, 2 were under Spags, and they won a Super Bowl in another season.
The best defense the Giants have seen in this era was under Spags. The wild part is the worst defenses this team has seen have been under him as well.
