Don't know measurables and have not studied film on him. He made some very nice catches.

it seems unlikely you could rape two girls at the same time? Did they allege he drugged them or something? Anyway the jury wasn't convinced and acquitted quickly. That's good enough for me on the legal front.

There would need to be a lot of research into his character and the details of the case. If the Giants were confident enough that he is innocent then I see no reason why he shouldn't be considered.

Surveillance evidence, subpoenaed cell phone records and other witnesses from the bar where they met that night proved it was consensual or at the least convinced a jury he was not guilty.

Agreed

but Quintez is a great student, great teammate, and seems to have been caught in a shitty situation. A few facts of the case worth noting:

He drove her home
There were texts shown in court that he texted her later that night to make sure she was okay.
There were multiple witnesses including Danny Davis, also on the team, and another girl in the apartment.

Also a few rumors on campus that the girl was trying to get a big payday but who knows for sure.

He’s an extremely talented player with strong hands and a nose for the ball. Very Hakeem Nicks like. I’d take him in a heartbeat with our supplemental 3rd.

In addition to remarks from Jon nyc
- it took the jury all of about 5 minutes to deliberate and come back with an unanimous decision that he was not guilty on all charges
- Wisconsin runs a super clean program and the team and coach’s all rallied for him , apparently an amazing teammate
- he played only a year or two of high school football, he was a basketball kid who played football on the side. He’s got that basketball mindset and frame when going up for the ball. Also ton of upside since he really has not played football for that long
- his stats were significantly reduced by poor qb play and majority of the offense being run plays. In other teams he would have had a lot more opps
- his father was tragically murdered when Cephus was a sophomore in college, I believe shot and killed at a gas station in Georgia. The kid has been through more adversity than one can ever imagine and still has been able to perform at highest levels

things said about him from inside the program. Two friends of mine are position/asst coaches and tell me he is their 2nd best player and a student of the game... An extremely hard worker and will be a long time pro player. I would do handstands if the Gmen drafted him. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure he'd be off there board. Someone will be lucky to have him.

There's just something about the Giants that makes me think they're less inclined to take him off their board for rape charges, and would rather do it over the simple fact that he had a threesome.

He is though exactly what Im talking about in that this is a deep WR draft.

I see Cephus going on day 3, maybe late day 3.

But you will get a very good player here, decent size, excellent hands, wins 50/50 balls, physical blocker.

A nice Z WR, I see Sanu with Cephus. Sanu went in rd 2, I think you can land Cephus in 5/6.

Would be a nice value add.

Bo is a hell of a musician.

QB play in Wisc is worth a look.
