Anyone who ever thought that a guy could win 2 Super Bowls (especially in the fashion Eli did) without being one of the best QBs to ever play is a moron.
One of the toughest, smartest, and best to ever do it.
And Eli exemplifies that to the fullest. 2 SB runs. Huge wins on the road and then the MVP's in SB's 42 & 46 against the Pats. Consummate professional, amazing teammate, great sense of humor and a pleasure to root for during his 15 years and 210 consecutive starts. Wishing #10 and his family all the best!
Your two Super Bowl runs were stuff we couldn't make up. Taking down the heavily favored Cowboy's in '07. Beating Farve and then Rodgers at Lambeau. And, perhaps your greatest game, the NFC Championship against the 49ers in 2011.
The two Super Bowl games will never be forgotten, especially 2007, amazing.
rooted for him anywhere he went but I'm glad the only colors he wore were Giant blue. In my feels right now and I'll be surprised if I don't shed a tear in Friday. Thank you for EVERYTHING Eli. God bless.
We all knew the day would come. I am stupidly emotional about it. The guy is the epitome of class. I think I speak for all Giants fans when I say, we all love you Eli. Thanks for everything #10. A true GIANT!
Yea. Never really got emotional about an athlete retiring. It was time. It was inevitable. But still hard to officially read it.
good decision. he has nothing left to prove. One of the toughest, hard working, and dedicated football players that I've watched. He gave us fans some great moments.
He's everything that I wanted in a leader and a QB. Tough, always has the team in mind when he speaks, comes up big in a tough spot, a champion. He deserved better than what the team surrounded with him in his later years.
My favorite Giant of all time. Hopefully they can find a way to keep him around the franchise.
you doesn't even begin to define what Eli has meant to this franchise. He is the greatest, toughest, QB in the history of this franchise. Two Super Bowl MVPs, an incredible number of comeback victories, and amazing durability. All of this was supplemented by his incredible work in the community, including winning the Walter Payton Man of the Year Award in 2017.
Thank you Eli for your legendary contributions to the Giants. Best wishes to you and your family.

You brought us two Super Bowl rings and great memories. I only wish that Jerry Reece gave you a better players in front of you that would have made the back end of your career more exciting. I am very honored to be a Giant fan and see you play and be a class act throughout your whole career.
You taught me what a leader and fighter looks like. I always saw grace and courage from you. Favorite athlete ever. My HOF QB. This farewell presser will be very emotional.
of NY sports legends (granted I'm biased as I'm not a huge baseball fan) but on and most certainly off the field one of the greats. What a career. Very happy we're not going to see him in another uniform and hopefully he stays in NJ and continues all his great charity work. THANK YOU ELI!
Giants -Eagles from 2006 the other day. Airman made a VERY astute point about Eli. He said judging him is not just about stats. How he plays in the 4th Qtr and in the clutch says more about him than anything. That’s why he’s a HOF and the definition of “franchise” QB.
Good luck in next half of life
Thanks for always being there
Thanks for always modeling what it means to be classy
Best wishes with you and your family.

One of the best Giants of all time!
An amazing person through and through.
Can't spell Elite with ELI!
Career games missed due to injury = 0
Cell phones destroyed to hide evidence from the NFL = 0
Number of times he complained publicly about all the idiots in the media and fans taking shots at him = 0
Number of times he criticized a teammate for a screw up = 0
All class all the time. Eli will be missed.
Beautiful!!

The '07 run was tops for me as a sports fan. I am certain it will never be topped. Everything else was gravy, and '11 was some sweet gravy indeed.
Simply the Best
hope to be there when you get enshrined...!
Thank you Eli for your legendary contributions to the Giants. Best wishes to you and your family.
