seem to be pretty good year after year. They get real access and provide real insight in terms of how the people making the picks value the players. Especially McGinn. His presence on the athletic is worth the price of admission all by itself during draft season.
There are a lot of others out there now who sort of do their own thing and do a great job (like Sy). Matt Miller on bleacher report, Brandon Thorn, Jim Nagy who runs the senior bowl, they will fall in love with certain prospects who are under the radar for whatever reason and often times they are right, presumably because they are good at what they do and putting the work in.
The first group though seems to undoubtedly get the best access though, which makes sense given their stature and tenure. So as things get closer to the draft they are the people to pay attention to with regards to players moving up or down draft boards in a meaningful way.
