Anyone else do this?
About a month ago, bought two (10) and (20) dumbbell's that they had marked down at Target.
As we all have busy schedule, and I have a 75 minute commute each way to the office, i have und this to be a fantastic way to get in some exercises when I know I wont be worth a shit at the gym at 8 or 9 pm.
While it certainly doesn't replace the gym I have found during stressful days that is goes a long ways towards relieving.
I just perform simple arm, bicep, triceps along with shoulder.
Can one over due it? Are 3 sets of various exercises with these low weights say every other day going to cause harm when on some of those days, I do make it into gym ( not knowing I would actually get there) lifting higher weights.
I feel great and haven't noticed any negative results with soreness.
Anyone else in a similar situation with exercises in their office?
Check out manmakers...on youtube. Basically a full body movement that you can use the 10 lbers and it will kick your ass after about 10. Mix in some burpees and lunges. Finish off with a few curls/tricep extensions if you feel the need.
