LOL, he was benched by Washington last season and when he was forced onto the field he was the worst ranked CB in football IIRC. Keep in mind that Washington is weak at CB to begin with. Who wants to add a terrible player with a huge ego?
RE: He now has time to find a new team before free agency? Â

CLE presser forthcoming ;-)
Norman and Beckham on the same team? How can we make this happen?
This creates an interesting situation
Washington has arguably the worst defensive backfield in football
Do they consider Okudah if they trade down
It makes a lot of sense as their DL is not bad .Young is the best player but corner is a much bigger need
Very good point. They were 10th in the league in sacks. With Sweat getting another year under his belt, and Allen starting to show some life, they have the parts to create pressure.
RE: Rivera, who coached him, wants him off his team asap Â
Well, it kind of is, but it's not - the one thing we could count on for a long time was the Redskins making stupid moves. The last thing we want to see out of them is competence, and this is a sign of that.
Greg Olsen is old and injured. He was an outstanding tight end and an exceptional athlete. At the NFL Combine, Olsen was 6-5-255 and ran a 4.51 40-yard dash.
Alright, which one of you said, 'kick the tires?'

Lmao! I think the Redskins are a better bet to sign him. Could you imagine DG and Norman at a negotiating table after Carolina? Lol!

What did you say? We signed a free agent CB?

Haha! You win BBI today
$3M
$3M
Just $3m. They save $12.5 on his salary.
The guy is done. It was an obvious move for the Skins.

Yeah, if he is so good, the redskins would have to consider him. Doubtful they could trade back much and still land him.
None of it

And finally, I'd like to tell Josh Norman not to let the door hit him in the ass on his way out.

What does that tell you about Norman?

Makes me hopeful he's wearing the big boy pants and might not love Hungry Hungry Haskins.
Goes at least as far back as Everson Walls.
The team desperately needs cornerbacks now, and that will be a target. Tight end too.
When the new NFL year opens in mid-March, Washington could have more than $75 million in cap space.
