since chilaquiles is a (scrambled) egg based dish! Unless the establishment you intend to visit has dumbed down the description for Gringos...
Anyway love me chilaquiles, green or red, and carnitas as breakfast side meeat sounds very cool to me.
I haven't ordered or made eggs Benedict in maybe 2-3 generations. Even though twists on the classic Benny, like crab cakes replacing the Canadian bacon, or the almost standard "Florentine" with sauteed spinach and smoked salmon nestled under the poached eggs and Hollandaise sauce, are all really good and tempting.
Go with the chilaquiles and carnitas; I would 9/10.
all that spicy or hard on the stomach. The green salsa is usually more mild, carnitas can be greasy sometimes and I know that bothers some people. Obviously, eggs are not usually an issue and fried corn tortillas also shouldn't be especially tough on the gut.

Chilaquiles normally is not a "spicy" (hot) dish. Made with Poblano or Anaheim hot peppers, those are among the milder "hot" peppers.
Haha. I was being funny with my comment. Ever see Duece Bigelow 2?

Bad clams?
"Painting the bathroom" is more on the place, than the dish you order IMO.
Assuming Al wasn't making a special trip to the barrio for the chilaquiles and carnitas.

If he is going to paint his bathroom when he gets home if he even makes it home.

Yes and no. It is more on the individual than the meal.
Nor would his handle be "Big Al" if he had a delicate digestion.
My guess.

Additional hot sauce atop them is up to you.
Ooof
Don't know where you eat Mexican, but that plate looks a heckuva lot more like Nachos than Chilaquiles to me.
In Chilaquiles, the corn tortilla chips should be softened by their immersion in salsa or beaten eggs or both.
