Her two kids ages 7 and 17 missing since september, two dead spouses and a whole lotta questions stretching out for weeks has some traction tonight. She is arrested on an Idaho extradition warrant highlighted by child abandonment charges among others.
Cushing's brother, Joseph Ryan, was Vallow's third husband and Tylee's father. He died of an apparent heart attack in 2018.
Rexburg police said they have learned that Vallow either knows the location of Joshua and Tylee or knows what happened to them.
Police have also said that they believe the children's disappearance could be tied to an investigation into the death of Daybell's first wife, Tammy Daybell, 49. She was found dead in her home in October, and Chad Daybell married Vallow weeks later.
Vallow's fourth husband, Charles Vallow, also died last year. He was shot to death in July by Vallow's brother, Alex Cox, during a confrontation.
So she has three dead husbands, a dead brother, her now husband has a dead wife - - and she likely has two dead kids.
And they couldn't arrest her for months.
I don’t understand how they obviously tried to disappear, then were found, only to be asked, “Where are your kids?”, they said fuck all and nothing else was done.
NOW there are arrests made? WTF?
This psycho bitch and her piece of shit boyfriend don’t deserve to live.
You can bet that the Feds have been working this the whole time. Local police arrest on suspicion and let the prosecution take over. The FBI arrests when they know they have the case locked up for the most part. Way better to have all of your things in order before you run the risk of some stupid loophole.

Why this nut couldn't be arrested before now is baffling. She has been involved in at least a half dozen murders. She had her brother killed after he killed her 3rd husband (lost count), her new husband's wife, and I forget who else - probably her kids.

Local police don't arrest on suspicion. They're literally not allowed to by law. They have to have probable cause. And the prosecution doesnt take over investigations. They prosecute cases.
hahahaha
It does seem like a long time for the kids to be missing, and she seemed like a suspect from the beginning, but what you think is true and what you can prove aren't always aligned.
100%, it really can't be anything else. Haha.

I would think there would be a system in place that permits police to hold a suspect or prevent them from travelling if children who are in their custody can't be located or even reached by phone for months on end.
Something doesn't seem right but without knowing all the facts I don't know what.
*standing ovation*
