Yeah, im going to completely disagree. Judge has a plan and a message and stays on point. Gettleman comes off as a babbling, stammering buffoon who speaks in superlatives and has no idea what he is doing. Give me Judge all day every day.

The "blank slate" approach is fine, but you also have to make good business decisions as well. I hope they don't take this approach on players who, if cut, could save the Giants a significant amount of cap space. Guys like Kareem Martin or Alec Ogletree should not be on this team anymore.

He also said he wants young legs and it's the coaches job to teach, not get veterans in here who can't play anymore but are meant to be the coach on the field. That's a reference to Jonathan Stewart and Bethea it seems to me. It also says to be that the guys you outlined above will be shown the door soon.

Music to my ears. I hate the idea of a washed up vet being signed just to mentor a younger player. Coaches coach, and players play. Let the coaches earn their paycheck.

Thank you. Motivation is overrated if you are putting players in a position to succeed. Game planning and teaching first. That RA RA shit only goes so far and it goes nowhere if you can't coach to save your life.
