Following two days of medical testing, #Bama QB Tua Tagovailoa received overwhelmingly positive reports on his dislocated hip from teams who examined him, sources say. The MRIs were as clean as hoped, fracture is healed, there is no loss of blood flow. One source: “Looked great."

Recent AC shoulder joint scope will keep one of the draft's top centers from working out this week at the combine and perhaps any pre-draft workout. Tyler Biadasz had procedure in L.A. and isn't sure he'll be ready by Wisconsin's pro day.
Weis asking what are you hoping to accomplish- do well in meetings, showing my film knowledge.
Davis- asking about playing in SEC and to prepare for NFL- playing the best pass rushers in the country.
Moved RT to LT, biggest challenge was adjusting foot work (he corrected the question- started at LT as a recruit then moved to RT because of Isiah Wynn).
All members of his family were required to learn an instrument
Self Scouting- best power in run game, physical, good feet and movement- wants to work on hand placement and stance consistency.
Playing for USC last year- very fast, tons of plays in new system.
They went from passing 35 times to 50 times a game
Weis- asked, u never missed a game in your career- nope, never missed.
His sister has a disease that required him to donate bone marrow to her and give her new lease on life- full recovery. Very nice story. He did that in the off season leading into this past season.
He expects to be much better, much stronger this year after all of that. The procedure wasn't easy on him either and he battled all season recovering.
He feels he is living a dream at the Combine, doing what he has watched others do for years.

Tristan Wirfs - says only lined up at guard ("I think I'm a tackle") for one practice but willing to move inside...has flipped sides in middle of series...proud of athleticism
told a great story of saving a kid (when he was a life guard) and how it changed him. Sounds like a great young man and has a chip on his shoulder (was rated the 1800th best high school prospect coming out).. Uses that to motivate himself.
Austin Jackson is one of my favorite OT's in the draft
If the Giants do not select an OT with their first pick I hope they land Austin Jackson with their 2nd even if it requires a slight trade up. He is a little raw but he is very athletic and he has a big upside.
If the Giants sign a veteran to start at RT then a player like Austin Jackson makes a lot of sense for the Giants. He could begin the season as the swing tackle and be ready to start by midseason if Solder continues to struggle.

Daniel Jeremiah said today that Austin Jackson is getting top 15 buzz. So that kinda sucks. Like you I was hoping he'd be an option at the top of the 2nd round.

I get the feeling there is going to be a big time run on offensive tackles early on. I feel like 6 will not make it out of the first round.
I love this kid. He is so explosive. If we could trade down to 2-5 spots, pick up another 1st or early 2nd round pick, I would take Chaisson and then go OL with the next pick.

Agreed. I like Jackson a lot. Such a smooth, easy, mover with very light, quick, feet. Pulls well, and is good in space. Long enough arms. Can add mass without losing quickness in all likelihood. He does need to improve his technique, especially his hand placement, and get stronger, but he has everything else.
1 - If Isiah Simmons weighed in at 238 knowing that number mattered I would guess he'll really play in the high 220's or right around 230 (gallon of water before weigh in likely)
2 - Derek Brown, and this doesn't effect play so is worthless, but does a 9" hand for a guy that size with arms that long seem weird? All 3 of those things go together typically.
Murray is one of those guys who didn't look very big
At 240... that height, length... speed, explosion... power, cover skills... that is absolutely rare for a guy his size. He is about the same weight/a bit heavier than Devin White, Devin Bush and Roquon Smith were at their combines...

Seriously, not sure why people label him a tweener when he is a bit bigger then the guys you mentioned during their combine.

I used to say tweener due to the fact that he played so many different positions, you would figure his size would be a reason for why... but, thanks to a lot of other people who know more than I, it seems as though he played all over the place b/c he was just that good.

I see a better athlete than football player. Yes he makes some great plays but you also see a guy that gets lost in plays. More safety than LB, I dont think he is tough enough to play that close to the line all the time.
