to bring with you (hypothetically speaking) which would you choose?

Myself?

Album: The Essential Lou Reed.

Book: Jurassic Park

Movie: Django Unchained.

Please, leave your choices, or carry on.

Best of luck to everyone during these extreme circumstances.

May we all pull through this together.

My Cousin Vinny for the movie, and right now leaning towards Blue Trout and Black Truffles for the book. Although Simple French Food or The Joy of Cooking would be more utilitarian.
hmmm toughest one for me is the book...

Dark Side of the Moon...Floyd

The Untouchables...Connery/DeNiro/Costner/Garcia

Movie: Solaris (Tarkovsky version)

Book: Middlemarch -- on my bucket list and from everything I've read about it -- a gift that keeps giving.

I think it took me until my third reading at around age 30 to "get" the Oddessey.

For a dyed in the wool humanist and rationalist, as I consider myself mostly, the Oddessey is clearly one of the fundamental tomes of Western Civilization.

For fun I wrote a "book review" of it and showed it to my GF at the time, and she passed it on to her boss who was chair of the English Dept at a prestigious NYC private school.

He loved it, thought I should try to publish it.

Of course I never did...
