Reese's investments in draft were failures. Then he ignored Olineman in certain draft years that turned into good players while his picks have struggled. High picks, medium picks, development picks...all bad.
Gettleman's free agency additions onto the O-line have been disasters since he has been around. Hernandez has been okay but we all saw the year 2 regression. Zeitler was a good add but that had to be done via a trade.

The draft is ac rap shoot, a team drafts a player he can perform like he did in college, sometimes it works out, somethings it doesn't. We are fortunate it has worked out with Barkley and Jones.

Passing on Tunsil was at least a little understandable.
