with trade down with JAC for their 9 and 20 overall:
OT Becton at #9
EDGE Epenesa at #20
C Ruiz at #36
Yes please, though I don't know much about Epenesa, looking forward to Sy56 preview. The rest as follows:
Round 3 (No. 35/99) — Amik Robertson, CB, Louisiana Tech
Round 4 (No. 4/110) — Prince Tega Wanogho, OT, Auburn
Round 5 (No. 4/150) — Quintez Cephus, WR, Wisconsin
3 OLs makes sense after the FA approach
Ed’s New York Giants mock draft, version 7.0: Two first-round picks? I’ll trade No. 4 for that - (
New Window )
I have to assume Ngakoue will be in the conversation as well but you gotta like that extra 1st rounder.
I like the idea of 2 1st's for our #4 pick tho
he also has Epenesa going at # 20 but to the Jags
NFL Mock Draft 4.0: Giants pick Jedrick Wills, Jets take Mekhi Becton - ( New Window )

Maybe a reach but I’d take Baun from Wisconsin over AJ. It a bad loaner Better a fit IMO.
This is literally the first mention I've seen in what at this point has to be days and days off reading about the prospects where I've seen 6'8 Becton listed as a guard. You're thinking of Wirfs.
Ruiz won't last to 36.
Maybe a future first if we throw in our second.

Sign me up for Wills at 12 and Chaisson at 19. Dream draft.
Yannick and #9
For
#4
They keep their first rounder we get a stud edge.
Sign him n LW long term and focus #9 and #36 to build OL

Chiasson's T-Rex arms are going to be a real weakness at the next level, IMO.
Maybe if they had another pick it would help.
In the 3rd,another good option might be Troy Pride.

I don't know, it worked out pretty well when the Jets took Nick Mangold in the 1st round. I personally think the C is a vastly undervalued and underrated position. I don't care how your OTs are, if you C stinks your line stinks. If the QB can't stepup, the pocket collapses
But I would support a cluster draft for OLs. I’d draft at least four, maybe five. We desperately need quality and quantity.

I like Serby's mock much more. Espanasa will be a good pro, but he seems like a LW clone. I'd rather get an upside ER like Chaisson, if possible. I'd prefer Wirfs to Wills, but I'll be fine with either.
We need a center. If we get a 2nd RD1 pick (late in the round), I'd use it.

I'd rather take a shot at Gross-Matos or Baun.
I don't think it's that simple.I'd like to have a few extra picks in rounds 2-4 in this draft. That's how I view it.Taking a center with a high 2nd round pick might not be the best use of that selection.Depends who's available
I know this place loves offensive lineman, probably more than defense, but that's how I see it.
