We will use this as a discussion thread to keep the picks thread uncluttered. These threads will be used for the duration of the draft.
Once a team is on the clock, they will have two hours to make a selection. If a team goes on the clock after 4pm, their two-hour window will roll over to the next day. For example, if you go on the clock at 4:30pm, you will have until 9:30 am to make a selection. Picks may be made between 6pm and 9am if GMs are online and following the draft thread. The time limit only applies during the 9am to 6pm timeframe. If the two hour time limit expires, I will make a pick using any list that the GM for the team has sent me in advance (send lists to the email address in my profile) or in the absence of a list, I will use the GBN Big Board with a little discretion so as not make an obvious dumb pick (i.e. Kansas City won’t be taking a QB in the 1st round this year). If a GM misses two consecutive picks without providing a prospect list or making some form of contact with me (email or posting on the draft thread) the spot will be reassigned to one of the BBIers who have expressed an interest to fill the vacancy.
Please utilize the
BBI Mock Draft Spreadsheet . The spreadsheet contains the draft order (RD1-6) by team and GM with a fairly comprehensive list of prospects based on the GBN Big Board (as well as several other prospects that did not make the GBN Big Board). I will try to keep the spreadsheet and thread updated as often as possible… Good luck!

That's on me, not DCPollaro...
I had a work emergency
No need to apologize - just having fun busting balls!
Not me! I'm truly miffed. Prioritizing the job over the mock draft!! How could you?!?
I think this quarantining business is getting to me.
Credit to MadPlaid as well. Trust me, I don’t want to be the person managing the spreadsheet and reminding people. If I can make things easier for Matt so he keeps doing it then I am happy to help. Hopefully we can make progress today and tomorrow as Passover starts Wednesday evening and I would really prefer not ending the Mock Draft in the middle of the Seder.
He hasn’t checked BBI since last night
The clock is only turned on 9 AM-6 PM Monday through Friday. It is off from 6 PM Friday until 9 AM following Monday. Also, SYS has picked.
Underused sleeper TE. Tested the best out of all TE's in the combine athletically (not saying much, its a bad crop of athletes at TE this year) But his scores were above average for any year actually and obviously I am banking on him being better than his production at VT. You could argue he was criminally under used in that offense and may be a better pro than college player if used properly. But he might also be a fringe or worse NFL prospect, who knows. This is the 7th round after all but he does look good when you watch him and has very nice hands. VT coaches apparently rave about his character as well. Decent blocker and can play in-line, HBack or fullback.
Complete free for all on Selection thread after final pick. You can select up to 5 players. First come first serve but you can always replace players if you accidentally select someone that another team picked. Usually people once they have their five will monitor the thread to indicate if you accidentally duplicated.

His nickname was Rambo in college.
Definitely played more of H-Back role, where he moved around to TE or in-line fullback.
He would play a Travis Beckum type role in 2011 Super Bowl.
I know I am a hopeless optimist, but johnnyb (who is on the clock) was online earlier and posted on another thread and I was hoping to get some momentum as Wednesday evening starts Passover.
I have CLE and ARI next picks so hopefully we can get back up and running
But as mentioned over the weekend, I'm pretty slammed with work today and tomorrow, so hopefully everyone can do their part
Knowing that we have 2 of the next 3 after johnnyb picks makes me feel a lot better. My biggest concern was that with Passover and Easter I did not want to see people getting autodrafted because they were doing something for either or both.
The 49ers beat m to Jeff Thomas. I had him pencilled in last night.
coulter displays a nice blend of size and speed. Big adjustment to the NFL but as a seventh round pick the risk is minimal.

I know I posted it elsewhere, but Coulter was already selected. Please pick again.
SORRY FOR TH CONFUSION. BUSY MORNING.
In all seriousness, I had about 25 names left on whom I have draftable grades, but Breeland was the only TE with the size to play TE so that was the deciding factor. The other players all play positions where there are multiple names on my list. The Ravens traded Hayden Hurst to Atlanta, but they still like to use 2 and 3 TE sets so having a cheaper replacement doesn't hurt. Breeland I think would have been a 3rd or 4th Rounder had he not gotten hurt. Oregon's O definitely was not the same without him in the line-up. Figured it was worth the gamble in Round 7.
I pick again 19 slots from now at 246, than at 251 after that. I'll create another board when I'm a few picks away. Right now I think it's safe for me to knock out since it's 10:40 pm my time (that being 2:40 pm NY time). I'll catch you fellas on the flip side. Peace.
