made a comment that they need to strengthen the middle of the OL to compete for the NFC East (quite obvious to fans for almost a decade).
I think with Eli gone, heavy draft on D last year we see two of the top three picks on OL. Best case would be a slight trade down for the OT they still want and with two 2's go BPA with one hopefully being a C/G.
Zeitler will be 30 and Hernandez needs competition. They may move from Zeitler as early as next year so plan ahead.
And Poe is average. The cowboys did what they wanted. Beefed up the middle of their defense to keep smith and Vander esch clean. They lacked run stuffers. Good signings in the short term.
Poe may be the size of a mountain, but he isn't a stud run defender.
Poe was hurt last year and in the games he missed Carolina gave up 50 more rushing yards on average.
Dallas wanted to get beefer in the middle something that wasn't in Marinelli's defensive philosophy. They have more than accomplished that. Antwan Woods who was a starter last year is now a rotational backup.
All these teams sign who they want and we do shit. It’s year after year.
If the Giants signed this stiff people would want Gettleman fired immediately. The guy stinks and you're wringing your hands like they signed an all-pro.
Let’s not make it seem like we had an iron wall there. Please...
Who's saying we had an iron wall there? Poe is not better than Lawrence. He's bigger, but he's not better. Tomlinson should not be a NT, but he's very stout against the run.

Spot on buddy....we need Ruiz or Cush in Rd 2...both are big boys that will be fine stonewalling these types of DT...Hennessey from Temple is off my board for us, because he's a more finesse type...if we miss Ruiz (Michigan) and Cush (LSU), then I have a sleeper from Clemson...Gage Cervanka.
I attached a write up for him...he's a beast but still new to Center, that's his main con/negative... but he played well for Clemson against top competition...be a sneaky 5th round grab!! He's a big strong, athletic player and his best football is ahead of him big gage - ( New Window )

So right!! And Dallas is so good at singing the right players that they haven't won shit since the Clinton Administration.

Amen to that.
Question: How can the Cowboys afford all these players? WTF!

Don't mess with Texas, Grasshopper.

Better than Tomlinson and Lawrence? Doubtful. Very doubtful.

6 and 7 years ago...
I'm going to guess you didn't bother to look up where Carolina ranked against the run last year before this comment.

Ummmm yes he has been a two time pro bowler!

The last time Dontari Poe was a pro bowler, Antoine Bethea was too.

the one I saw said: "Social distancing, keep 24 years apart"
I love that the Cowboys haven't won shit in forever, haha! Plus I live in Texas, so you can imagine how outnumbered I usually am...
