If you do they should transfer you to their account rentention department. Tell them you want to cancel the MLB package and that you'll only reorder if the games are actually played. Also ask for a credit for the NHL games not currently being played.
They may end up screwing you on the missed NHL games (Act of God?) but I can't see them trying to hold you to the MLB package purchase.
