This is the year DG pulls off some draft day trades! Here is what I'd like to see:
NY trades: #4 and #150
LAC trades: #6, #37, and #112
NY trades: #37 and #110
MIA trades: #26
NY trades: #36
DEN trades: #46 and #77
#6 - Isaiah Simmons, LB
#26 - Joshua Jones, OT
#46 - Lloyd Cushenberry, C
#77 - Bradlee Anae, EDGE
#99 - Van Jefferson/Tyler Johnson, WR
#112 - Reggie Robinson/Darnay Holmes, CB
I'd prefer grabbing one of the stud OTs with our first pick, and then getting a top defender at #26. Love the C pick in Rd 2

Should have read "as low as the 3rd round".
Ruiz and Cushenberry are the cream of the crop at OC if you want to play a power game.
One of the best scenarios I've seen so far this offseason.
NY trades: #4 and #150
LAC trades: #6, #37, and #112 AND a 6th round pick too
And take OT at #6 and OC at #37 as value picks I'd be ecstatic so long as those two OL's play and perform as rookies and don't struggle like Erek Flowers did.
We have to hit on our first three round of picks and not "reach" for need. I always fear reaching and prefer BPA picks based on value boards.
Agreed , Gettleman is a very good scout but less so as a GM. He will trade up for a player he's sure of but won't use the draft as a process to gain draft picks to solve for depth. Barkley was a BPA/Value/Need type pick but he felt he was the best player in the draft so it was easy for him. He could have traded down a spot or 2 yet that's his strategy, don't risk the player you're "sure" about.
You really shouldn't call for trades outside of the top of the first until you see how the draft is panning out. Those trades are made to target a specific player - you can't plan this out ahead of time.
I'd be thrilled to see that again to grab a center of guard.
