But damn are they frustrating to watch. They really killed themselves over and over in this game.
We won 2 Super Bowls under Coughlin and when I rewatch many of the games... it’s glaring how much better we could have been! I guess it’s all relative... maybe this was as good as it gets but I really feel like 2008 was the clear example of how good we should have been from 2006-2010.
That was a terrible call. Giants we're on the verge of driving for a game winning FG and that call killed it. I also remember the Giants dropping two easy interceptions early in that game that would have killed Colts drives
in that game. Probably the thing I remember about Tim Carter as a Giant.
He was called for a game killing PI but it was an awful call.

Thats what I was thinking when the lineups were introduced....this team went 8-8. Obviously, greater things were to come not far down the road.

I found myself sitting here getting upset about all the stupid mistakes.....forgetting for a moment or two that the damn game is 14 years old:)
That last play with Brandon Jacobs pounding his way in for the TD and emotion afterwards is a thing of beauty.

At least Walt retired this offseason!
