The framework of one deal that had internal support sent Julius Randle, Smith Jr. and a future first-round pick to Charlotte for a package that included Rozier and Malik Monk, per sources.-Begley
Rozier is as mediocre as it gets and has 2 years 37 million remaining. So the Knicks would be swapping 2 more years of Randle for 2 more years of Rozier and then giving up a future 1st for Malik Monk who has been a total bust (28% from 3 this season!). Horrid. Lets pray Leon doesn't listen to the same clown/clowns who suggested this.
He should keep whoever was the voice of reason that killed the idea of that trade.
I am guessing this was a Mills deal as the reporting seems to suggest part of this motivation was Randle and Morris not fitting well together. Given Mills seemed to be the person driving the not trading but resigning Morris bandwagon, it seems plausible this would work in tandem with that
no handle to separate from a defender, no size to play 2 guard to shoot of a bigger guard, and horrible defender...
also he was a streak shooter in college too. Very JR Smith like. He wasn't a knock down shooter. HE could make 3 or 4 in a row and sometimes heavily contested but he was never a sniper that you couldn't leave open.

Considered could mean any range of things. I think, because we all view NYK as incompetent (rightly so), we are assuming they pushed for this trade.
Of that list.....ill hire "write in", ha
