I saw the headline and thought it might be another BS apology, but he comes across as very genuine and honest, the first time I've seen an Astros player try to say the right thing about it
"I’m not asking for sympathy or anything like that. If our punishment is being hated by everybody forever, just like, whatever. I don’t know what should be done, but something had to f–king be done. I do agree with that, big-time. I do think it’s good for baseball that we’re cleaning it up. … And I understand that it’s not f–king good enough to say sorry. I get it.”

Different for players still in the game IMO and if he were still seeking employment he may be singing a different tune.

This. Was just saying to the kids the other day that if there's a winner in all this its the Astros. Whenever baseball comes back there's going to be such a celebratory atmosphere that people will forget to hate them so much. They were saved from a season of absolute vilification and endless scorn in every city they visited.
