I based the following chart on GBN's April 2nd ranking of the Top 250 NFL Draft Prospects (see link below).
I divided GBN's Top 250 list -- by Round -- into thirds (Top Third, Middle Third and Bottom Third of each Round.)
For example, in Round One, we are picking 4th, which puts us in the Top Third of that Round. Based on GBN's list of ranked players, you can see which positions "should be" available to us. For example, 1 CB (Okuda); 1 DE (Chase Young), etc.
As you think about who you'd like the Giants to select by round, this chart may give you a sense of when to snag a particular player/position.

OK, so here's an example of how one might use this.
Let's say, hypothetically, that the Giants are picking in the 5th Round and they haven't gone Center yet and they want to come out of the Draft with one. Based on this chart (which is based on the GBN Top 250 ranked prospects), it shows the Giants should probably snag a Center in Round 5 because there is no Center of value for us in the Top 1/3 of Round 6.
