that has so many different players ranked in the top 10 from different scouts. Even mock drafts fluctuate so much between different posters. The only 2 that seem to be pretty consistent are Burrow and Young. After that there are 14 players that have been ranked in the top 10 and #3 seems to have the most discrpency between Okudah, Simmons, Tua & Brown. Only 2 of the QBs have a top 10 ranking in Burrow and Tua. Brown, Simmons & Okudah seem to be the consenus next 3, then its a mix of the rest of the players. All of the 4 OTs have been ranked in the top 10 but Becton and Wirfs seem to be the top 2 OTs followed by Wills and then only 1 had Thomas. There is no consensus on the 2 WRs, I guess it depends on what you want.
Hopefully someone jumps up for Herbert but it doesnt appear the value is there for him. My hope is that Washington picks Young and Det picks one of the other guys and someone wants to jump Miami for Tua. my feeling has been that you can get a similar level player anywhere in the top 14 and I would prefer Becton at this point. I think he will improve this team the most. Next I would go Okudah if he is there. I dont care for Simmons, Brown is not an immediate need and want someone who will help more now. Wirfs scares me, I don't see OT but I think he could be a good interior guy too high for me and not an immediate need. If we drop a guy like Murray would be nice. If we can get 2 #1s from Oakland and a 3rd I would like that option because there isnt much drop off, you can still get an OT at 12 and a good player at 19.

We all want at the very least a sure fire perennial pro bowl player with pick #4. Wishing for the sky we want a Hall of Fame type that you can see in a gold jacket one day. The problem is that he might not be available in this draft picking at 4. Most of these guys at the top have holes in their game; they either have a high floor/low ceiling(maxed out), or they have a low floor(no production & bad technique) with a high ceiling(Mekhi Becton).
If we can get a team like the Jaguars or the Raiders to give up basically their entire draft, or a team like the Dolphins to give us their entire draft from pick 18 on down plus their 2021 2nd round pick to give them both the #4 and the #5 this year. Carolina might be willing to give up their first 4 picks plus a 2021 2nd rounder plus a 4th rounder.
I'd like to have a great great player if that is what we are getting at #4. If Young slides we grab him. If we think Simmons is the end all be all then take him. .... But if we are just filling needs then we might as well fill as many as possible by acquiring the most day two picks as we can get and I do mean that we can afford to trade down and to trade players that don't fit into our current plans.
We'd need multiple teams interested to make the offers worthwhile.
But that discrepancy is what I see as the biggest between pundits - the OT ratings.
I don't know..... They just moved to Vegas. Maybe they want to start fresh by selecting a new QB. Carr was never Gruden's guy.

Yes Wires scares me because I feel like he will be a guard. I think at worst Becton will be a very good RT which is a big need. Becton has the attitude to dominate his opponents.
Wirfs dominated the combine but I didn't like him before and I didnt change my opinion. I think the Giants will force him at OT but I can't get past that I see him as a good guard and average OT. He didn't show in college what he showed at the combine.
