In his interview on the FAN with Joe and Evan DG explained what they look at in draft picks and identified six critical factors. Thought it was interesting and hadn't seen it mentioned.
1) Are they athletic
2) Are they instinctive
3) Do they have strength
4) Are they explosive
5) Do they complete
6) Do they have play speed
Gives us (me) amateurs some idea of their thinking and criteria.
