So, that would have to be before if they thought it was Baker. And that is weird to post a picture prior to winning.

...I don’t see how it can be libelous or slanderous if the text is authentic (even if it is inaccurate or misleading).

If people had to attest the accuracy of defamatory material they share on social media, Twitter would be out of business in a week.

Yep. I agree with others that say even if he gets off that the NFL is still going to do something. I think the more that comes out the more we are realizing he participated in illegal gambling. Looking back and looking at this situation....his words were never truer!

Now the Giants have to deal with the fallout....no matter which way this goes.....It is at the least embarrassing.

All I want to know is whether or not Baker will be a Giant. Period.

This mess is so badly written that it's virtually nonsense.

First off, the text does not say that anyone in the pic is Baker.

Second, let's look at this mess of a text:

"dolphins players Dre baker" - could be interpreted that texter is saying Baker plays for MIA.

"Dre baker even beat him we beat him out of 10k" - could be interpreted that Baker lost $10k.

"bout another 60k out there" - could be interpreted that Baker also lost an additional $60k

You could make the case that this text is an illiterate's way of communicating that Baker lost $70,000. No wonder his lawyer is upset.

If anything, this implicates that he was there. The picture isn’t him though unless he just got some tattoos and got extremely skinny. But yeah this is more telling that this friend of Dunbar is trying to get him off and make it known that he was not present.

The want any bullshit at all and they just hired Judge, they will cut him if there are any doubts, at this point they are losing a lousy player and saving money. I want the kid to be exonerated, but if there serious doubts, no way.
