35 LBs/DBs(!)

Not only are Devante Downs, Dominique Ross, and Dana Levine three people who have never been in my kitchen, they are also three guys I have never even heard of who are among our listed LBs.

Among our DBs I have never heard of (and I don't think have been in my kitchen) are Malcolm Elmore, Christian Angulo, Rashaan Gaulden, Montre Hartage, and Jacquarius Landrews.

I gather all must have slipped by me as un-trumpeted UDFAs recently (some maybe even last year). Our current roster has 17 LBs and 18 DBs -- gonna be quite a large field to winnow down from, whenever that starts.

I heard good things about on a podcast about a Giants UFDAs. I don’t remember which one but the guest was a college football journalist. He had good things to say about Ross, made me wonder why he went undrafted especially by the Giants with the 4 LBs in the last 2 rounds. It might have been a bad 40 time. On the good side, Ross played at North Carolina and played big in the big games against the name programs.

if you throw enough poop at the wall, some of it is bound to stick....

If you collect enough DBs, some may be able to cover and LBs may be able to tackle...

Gaulden was signed to the PS last December. The majority won't make the final cut, but they do need bodies for camp.

the quality at LB is sorely in need. There's more talent at DB, but this suggests the young players need competition.

The DBs have depth and talent.

The LBer is more depth...then talent, but are known by the coaches....so hopefully they know what they will be getting......next year target a monster edge

And for all the complaining, the DL is a position of strength.
