A Fla. Judge grants motion to allow Baker to travel for work

DeAndre Baker's lawyer filed a motion last week to allow the Giants CB to travel for work while on pre-trial supervision. As expected, the motion was approved by the judge. So Baker will be free to travel to Giants practices (assuming he's allowed by the league/team).
I hear he will be flying to NY

The judge seems

to be very lenient in a case with brandishing a deadly weapon.

The legal process hasn't been carried out yet and the case against him is falling apart.

There's nothing lenient about it.
Did he leave his laptop in Jersey?

Otherwise, he doesn't need to travel to another state. He needs to travel to his laptop.

You think it is usual for someone charged with armed robbery to be given low bail and allowed to leave the state?

I agree it seems the case is weak and that was my point. The judge must not like what he sees, that and allowing Baker's attorney to hold the pistol.

He had on an ESPN legal analyst and they discussed the case on today’s podcast. Very informative.
Well, from all reports, he wasn't working
