Early 2020 roster prediction

TE: Engram, Smith, Toilolo

ST: Rosas, Dixon, Kreiter

D-Line: Williams, Lawrence, Hill, Tomlinson, Johnson, McIntosh

LB: Martinez, Connelly, Carter, Fackrell, Ximines, Mayo/Golden, Cam Brown, Brunson, Coughlin

Secondary: Baker, Bradberry, Holmes, Peppers, Mckinney, Sam Beal, Love, Ebner, Ballentine, Hartage, Williamson

What changes would you make? I do believe Shane or Gate will play center and be successful, but it will take time to gel. I think Baker will make the team if innocent, but might not start week 1 (we have to see if there is any suspension).

I think the Giants will keep 10 on the offensive line.

Usually six receivers and six linebackers would be sufficient, but I guess the additions are for special teams.

6 linebackers? Running a 3-4? They kept 9 linebackers last year

At WR right there and more TE. Unless Sills and guys like Dillon and Mack thrive on Specials.

But Mayo and Coleman have done things on the field in the NFL and that's going to give them a big leg up on 7th round picks and UDFAs.

One plays inside and one outside. 7 WR is probably one too many. Not likely more than one UDFA makes it with the expanded PS available for developmental type players. 11 DBs is probably one too many as well. Hartage is more a PS type.

Add qb Rush

given the uncertain nature of our OL we may need three qb's

Subtract Penny and add a TE since we need to protect our young OTs

I love having 11 db's but most teams go with 10 so subtract Hartage

You have at least one too many lbs

Add at least one OL since the roster expands to allow for additional OL

I doubt that they keep 7 WR's

Minimum 9 OL's; 8 LB's; 3 QB's as Rush is a lock unless he "bombs" in camp. In matter of fact, I would not be shocked if it went Jones, Rush and McCoy told to keep the playbook handy.
