I have gone to many Giants games in Irving Stadium and that was my first game at Jerry’s World.
I had so much fun at that game with die hard Cowboys fans sitting next to me and my son.
It was my last Giants game to watch in person down here. Was quite a bit of tension walking out of the stadium that night. Much rather watch Giants vs Cowboys games down here on TV now.
you realize that in 2011 Eli was one of the 5 best players in the NFL and that Tom Coughlin was just a brutal defensive HC. That last Dallas series was a poorly coached as you can get in the NFL.
The difference between Coughlin and Jim Fassel is that Coughlin had Eli.

Why is that on Coughlin and not Fewell?
It really is fun to watch when you know they are going to win!
I remember being in my last semester of college, on the phone with my friend/pot dealer who was a massive Packers fan.
When I was talking to him, we were down by 11 with 6 min to go on the verge of elimination. He said something along the lines of "not looking good for you guys, eh? you're fucked".
I told him "nah man, we got them right where we want them". The funny thing is that I actually BELIEVED that. It was the one year where I had the utmost confidence Eli would take the lead in that game. It was just a matter of whether the D would blow it.
Thank god Crayton "lost the ball in the lights" on that 3rd down.
Fucking amazing game.

Playoff game in the late 70's/early 80's. Rangers were down 3-0 after 1 period, they scored 3 in the 2nd to tie the game, I had on my Ranger jersey, just coming down the stands to go to the bathroom, I was excited talking with my friend, never said a word to anyone, and got sucker punched in the eye, I was with my 2 brothers and a close friend, we were season ticket holders at the garden, he had a big crew with him, then miraculously 3 friends I work with walk in the bathroom, where we are brawling, you talk about an ugly scene, it calmed down after my friends from work jumped in, 3 guys built like mooses can do that, my friend dislocated his shoulder, but they did pop it back in. Cam Conner scored in OT made it worth the trip, but ended my road trips to Philly.
Spoiler!

Right? B RAD SHAW
2) Jake Ballard, damn what a shame. They had an emerging diamond in the rough there.

Jesus Christ

I love Collinsworth's comment that if JPP does not make the Pro Bowl there should be an investigation.

Collinsworth was singing the praises of Eli all game as well. Said he was playing better than Peyton this year at one point
